Job Description

  1. Be the single point of contact for all the regulatory ,operational activities happening between branded business & the markets
  2. Responsible for timely submission of all the deliverable's from distributors
  3. Keep a track of all the administrative activities with in the organization & also at markets
  4. Debit notes ,Payments ,Dossier status follow up
  5. Logistics ,supply chain & shipment focal point for business
  6. Be the person who will facilitate all management approvals
  7. Custodian for the Business Development activities in the system
  8. Liaising for the senior management along with the people & the deployment related affairs in respected countries
  9. Repository of all business agreements & related resources
  10. Responsible for East Africa & SADC new markets project & support
  11. To be the record keeper of all the pertinent information on branded business
  12. To be the focus point for all the MIS between Business and the Management.
